Obama Hunts for Votes Among House Democrats

President Obama’s full court press on health care is on. The White House just announced that Mr. Obama will meet with a slew of House Democrats today to renew his push for a health care overhaul.

First he’ll see liberal members, many of whom are upset that the final bill lacks a public option, a government-backed insurance plan to compete with the private sector. Next he’ll see moderates from the New Democrat Coalition, including some whose votes he needs to change from no to yes in order to get the bill passed.

Here’s the list of House members the president will be talking to:
